Thank you to those that were able to make it to our Family Event and Information evening! It was great meeting you and being able to connect before our season starts. The presentation is linked to this email and please feel free to reach out with any questions.

I hope your kids had fun with our assistant and junior coaches. We would love to see any pictures that you took! Please send them to [email protected].

If you ordered apparel, yard signs, or need to pick up your team shirt, please make arrangements with Elizabeth Felice-Scales- [email protected]. I heard that there were some t-shirt sizes that weren’t as expected. If we can switch them out, we will. Email Elizabeth and we will do our best to get you the size you need. If we are unable to fulfill your request, the shirts will be available on our team store which will open again tomorrow through June 1st. I’ll send the link asap!

There were some questions regarding evaluations and wanting to make sure your swimmer is placed on the correct team. If you are interested in an informal evaluation before the season starts or during the first week of afternoon practices, please email our head coach Lilly at [email protected].

Volunteer job opportunities opened today for the entire season! You can log into our website vouseahawks.swimtopia.com to see the jobs available for each meet and event. You are required to earn 4 volunteer points this season. If you are interested in the Stroke and Turn Official, Referee, and/or Starter training, please visit https://fssl.swimtopia.com/. The dates for the trainings are all in May so please don’t delay. We can’t run meets without these important positions! The google form to sign up is Sign-up link.

Last but not least, I mentioned at the meeting tonight that you should have all received an email from Swim Outlet with a code for a free annual membership that provides free 2 day shipping as well as a discount on not only our team suit but all swim apparel and accessories. If you did not receive your code, please let me know.
