Good morning Seahawks!

A big thank you to all our amazing volunteers, parents, and swimmers for helping make Time Trials such a success! The weather started off a little shaky, but it turned into a beautiful day. If you have any pictures that you're willing to share, please add them to this album.

We’re still getting the hang of a few new routines on deck, so thank you for your patience as we smooth things out.

Just a quick reminder — we swim rain or shine (as long as it’s safe!).

If you’ve said “yes” to a meet but something comes up and you can’t make it, please let Coach Lilly know right away at [email protected].

Also, while we were able to add swimmers last-minute this time (since it was just us), that won’t be an option once we start competing with other teams. Once rosters are shared, changes can’t be made.

Thanks again — we’re off to a great start and can’t wait for the rest of the season!

UPCOMING EVENTS

We have an exciting week ahead! Our weekly theme is Sleepy Heads! (Wear your PJs for movie night on Thursday!)

MONDAY- Team Picture and popsicle day! This is for both Seahawks and Pre-team. We would love for ALL swimmers to join. There will not be practice on Monday. Instead, we ask that swimmers wear their team shirt for the picture and junior coaches wear their junior coach shirts. We'll have any shirts that haven't been picked up on deck.  

• Individual/sibling photos are first come first served starting at 6:30 pm and will cost $25 which includes an 8 x10 photo.
• Our Team Photo will be at 7:30 pm and will cost $15 for each photo.  

TUESDAY- Afternoon practice 

1. Must declare whether your swimmer will be attending our away meet vs the Mt Airy Ridge Seals by midnight. The address is 309 Beck Drive in Mount Airy. More information will be shared at the end of the week.

• Dinner and a Movie night! - FCPL is hosting their Starlight Family Film- Shrek. Come for practice and stay for dinner and a movie! We partnered with the 9th Lane to offer special meal deals for Seahawks families.  I'll be on deck with coupons for your family.   

FRIDAY- First morning practice and Donut Friday!

• 8:00- 8:45 am - 10 and under
• 8:45- 9:45 am- 11 and over
• 9:45- 10:30 am- Pre-team!!!  We are excited to get our future Seahawks in the water!

**Just a friendly reminder that a pool pass is required to enter the pool for afternoon practice. The VOU requires a record of each family on deck. We'll have a sign in sheet for morning practices starting Friday.
