Hello Seahawks!

Today is our first Seahawks only Stroke and Turn Clinic! Practice times are different than usual, so make sure you are arriving at the correct time. I've included the schedule below, but it can also be found on our website. We will still be at the Harris Street Pool. We are going to be working on strictly all turns this afternoon, so even if you attended morning practice today, this clinic will be very beneficial for everyone! There is no Preteam this afternoon. 

Schedule:

9-10: 4-4:50

8 and Under: 5-5:50

11-12: 6-6:50

13 and Over: 7-7:50

In addition, please be sure to RSVP for the Relay Carnival on 7/1 next week if you are available and have not already!
