We are excited to join the Blue Crabs for the Mighty Mini Meet this evening at Stone Barn Pool.  This email contains some important information you should be aware of as we head into the meet. 

• Swimmers and volunteers should plan to arrive by 4:30 PM.  The meet will start at 5:00 PM and are hoping to wrap up by 7:00 PM.
• The Crab Shack (their concession stand) will be open and serving pizza, nachos, and various snacks and drinks for purchase.  (Menu is attached)
• Linked here is the meet program (details the order of events and heats with lane assignments) and entry lists (swimmers listed alphabetically). 
• During the meet, swimmers will be called to Clerk of Course by event number.  From there, swimmers will be organized by heat and lane until they swim their event.  
• Stick around until the end where we will have cupcakes for each swimmer and coaches will hand out ribbons.  

This will be a low-key, fun event for our little superheroes as they get a taste of what it's like to compete on a swim team.
