Good afternoon Seahawks!

We hope you are enjoying this Memorial day weekend. Seahawks will start practices tomorrow, Tuesday, 5/26.  Our schedule this week is:

Optional evaluations will take place each day this week from 6:30- 7:00. If you are unsure if your swimmer should be on team or pre team, please plan to attend an evaluation.

Our Pre team will start the following week on June 1st although we won't have practice that day because we will be hosting our team picture during our scheduled practice time from 4-7 pm. This is where everyone will get their 2026 team shirts.  

BRING YOUR POOL PASS

***The VOU is now requiring that EVERYONE entering the pool deck must use their pool pass and check in with the gate guard. Please don’t forget your pool pass for every practice, mornings included once school lets out. 

WE NEED YOU!

One of the very best parts about summer swim team is the opportunity for everyone to play a part in making these amazing seasons happen. The Seahawks are entirely volunteer-run, and it takes a lot of people doing a little bit of work to pull off each meet and event. Volunteer opportunities are already open for the season and new opportunities will be added as needed. Don’t wait to sign yourself up! Seahawks families agree to volunteer at least 4 shifts and Pre team, at least 2.  Thank you, in advance!

Speaking of volunteers, we would still love to add a few more officials to our team. There are three options for officials training, all taking place from 7-9 pm virtually on 5/26, 5/28, and 6/9. Sign-up is available here.

APPAREL

6/4- Deadline for declaring your swimmer for Time Trials.

6/7- Time Trials from 9-11 am
