Good morning everyone,

Friday mornings are our Fun Friday practices for all swimmers. These practices consist of games, team building activities, and fun ways to build endurance and stamina without over exertion so our swimmers are rested for Saturday meets. We end practice with naming our swimmers of the week who receive free ice cream coupons to the 9th Lane Snack bar and then each swimmer gets a donut to enjoy. 

BRUSTERS ICE CREAM TAKEOVER- 6960 Crestwood Blvd

We will be meeting at Bruster's Ice Cream from 7- 8 pm tonight to enjoy some ice cream before tomorrow's meet. All are welcome and each swimmer will receive an ice cream coupon for a FREE cup or cone. 

MEET INFO- 

Swimmers must check in with coaches. Please be at the pool by 7 am!

Tomorrow's meet is at the Brunswick Crossing Pool-1000 Potomac View Pkwy, Brunswick 21716.

Some parking is available in the parking lot in front of the pool. When you pull in you will see parking to the right directly in front of the pool. Please ask your families NOT to park in front of the community welcome center and NOT to park on Hope Farm Court,. Your swim team families may also park along the neighborhood streets, being mindful and respectful to not block any driveways or MAILBOXES. 

For swim family set up, we have a large soccer field to the rear of the pool, families will want to walk around the the right side of the pool and come up the hill to the soccer field. We will save the entire left side of the field for your team to set up. When wanting to watch their kids swim there is easy access to the pool through the back gate which will be open.

Our Concessions will be available. We will have a food truck and Kona Ice. They will be in the parking area. Near where families are set up we will have a concession stands with drinks, water, fruit and other sorts of packaged snacks and goodies. 

Warm-Ups and Meetings:

Brunswick Warm-Ups: 7:00-7:25

Seahawks Warm-Ups: 7:25-7:50

Timers Meeting: 7:45 (under the pool house awning)

Official Meeting- 7:45 (near the kiddie pool area)

Scratch Meeting: 7:45 ( near the back gates to the soccer field/ swimmer staging area)

We ask that your officials check in for the officials meeting and that your first half officials pass their programs, clipboards and code sheet to the second half officials. At the end of the meet, please return all programs, clipboards and code sheets, stop watches, etc. to our IT table. Also, make sure your coaches sign off on the meet at its closure at our IT table.
