Good afternoon.

You are receiving this email because our records indicate that you have volunteered just one time or ZERO times this swim season.  When registering children for swim team, each family affirms that they understand that swim team families are required to complete four volunteer roles each swim season and pre-team families are required to complete two volunteer roles each season.

Summer swim team is very different than the other activities and sports in which your family is involved.  Between meets, pep rallies, food donations, and other swim team events, there are over 100 volunteer roles that need to be filled EACH WEEK. The swim team needs EVERY family to fulfill their volunteer commitments so Seahawks swimmers can have a successful and fun swim season.

This end of this swim season is rapidly approaching but we still have numerous volunteer roles available for this Tuesday's Mini Meet (July 14), this Saturday's meet (July 18), and this Sunday's banquet (July 19).  We will also have volunteer roles available next week for the All Star Meet scheduled for Saturday, July 25th.

Please go to the team website, click on Schedule, click on this week's events, click on the jobs available for each event, and sign up for at least one of the available roles.
