Good afternoon Seahawks,

As of now, the meet is ON for tomorrow. If that changes, I will let you know via email early tomorrow morning, but in the meantime, I wanted to share some important information. 

Dearbought's Pool is located at 100 Eli Ct. in Frederick. Please arrive at 6:45 am to park and get settled. Warm Ups start at 7:20. 

PARKING

Quick Drop Off Area: There will be a quick drop off area at the circle in the pool parking lot. Swim team families will be permitted to pull up and drop off canopies, chairs, etc. Parking attendants will be giving instructions for cars to move along and find permanent parking. Please do not leave your car unattended, and do not block the flow of traffic. Parking on the circle is not permitted.

In addition to the pool parking lot, you may park along the wider city streets (not in any of the narrow alleys or cul de sacs) in the Dearbought neighborhood. Do not park to the left (west) of the pool on Wheyfield Dr in the condominium neighborhood. Please do not park in any driveways or block any driveways. Carpooling is highly recommended. There will be seven (7) handicap parking spots available in the pool parking lot. Valid handicap plates or placards must be displayed. Additional Parking Lot: The church that is located at the front of the neighborhood has graciously granted us permission to use their parking lot for the meet. The church parking lot is a 10 minute walk to the pool. See attached map for exact location – 1811 Latham Drive. (A map is attached to the meet notice)

TEAM SEATING 

Each team will have a team camp area marked on the grass soccer field for your families to set up their canopies. No family canopies will be set up on deck. Please leave room for walking in between each team section. We will provide one trash can per team. Each team is kindly asked to maintain their camp area, picking up trash & personal belongings. Your diligence on this matter throughout the meet and especially at the end of the meet will be greatly appreciated.

MEET SCHEDULE

The Meet Program and Entry Lists are attached as well as the Divisionals meet notice. 

We are in a unique situation with the air quality. If you need to scratch from the meet, please let myself or Coach Lilly know.
